Survey Reveals High Percentage of Companies Struggling to Achieve AI ROI

According to Atlassian’s AI Collaboration Index, a staggering 96% of companies are not experiencing organization-wide benefits from AI adoption, despite its increasing integration into workflows. While employees report feeling more productive, data reveals that many organizations are leveraging AI as a personal tool rather than fostering collaboration across teams. Only a small fraction, 4% of companies, have successfully created an interconnected environment for AI-driven teamwork that yields tangible results.
